Los Angeles, Calif. (March 13, 2018) – Kids Empire, a children’s indoor playground, has signed a 10-year lease, with two 10-year options, in the Plaza Di Northridge shopping center in Northridge, California. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate broker, Stephan Ktorza, represented Kids Empire in the transaction. The landlord is Kimco Realty.
“National landlords of retail space, like Kimco, are looking for entertainment-based tenants to bring more visitors to their shopping centers,” said Ktorza, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews. “Kids Empire is the perfect solution for them,” he said.
The 10,600 square-foot space is located at 19500 Plummer Avenue. It is a subdivision of what was previously a DSW. It is the second Kids Empire location in the United States and the first of a 20-park expansion plan for 2018.
