KENT – A warehouse property at 24602 Pacific Hwy. S. in Kent has sold for $6.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Contour Development LLC, which acquired the property in 2005 for almost $3.2 million.

The buyer was CGA II LLC, which is associated with a Seattle accountant’s office.

Laura Fox and Doug Klein of Kidder Mathews represented the seller. The property had been on the market for about 10 months. KM listed it at $6.7 million. Public records indicate a loan from Heritage Bank to the buyer.

Developed on almost 3.5 acres in 1968, the single-story warehouse and showroom building has about 60,000 square feet, according to KM. It is just east of Highway 509, and west of Interstate 5.
