Portland, Ore. (February 5, 2018) – Commercial real estate veteran, David Hill and his brokerage partner, Wendy Hill, have joined the Portland office of Kidder Mathews where they will specialize in investment sales. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, both were with Newmark Knight Frank’s Capital Markets group.
David is a top producer and a senior vice president with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He has been involved in the sale of over $650 million in investment properties, representing over 6 million square feet. He is a past president of the Oregon Chapter of NAIOP.
Joining David is his business partner, Wendy Hill, who has been named a vice president with the firm.
