Both Staubitz and Beesen are members of the prestigious Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), and Dilfer holds the Global Logistics Specialist (GLS) designation. Their highly respected team specializes in industrial properties throughout the South Bay and Greater LAX submarkets. Collectively, they have over 75 years in the industry.
