San Diego, Calif. (January 8, 2018) – A 19,504 square foot industrial building, located at 1221 Liberty Way in Vista, California, has sold for $3,492,000 in an off-market sale. The buyer was a local private investor who was represented in the transaction by Kidder Mathews’ commercial real estate brokers, Joe McDermott and Jeffrey Crocker. The seller was Gieger Court LLC.
