Kidder Mathews expanded its brokerage team in San Diego with the addition of Michael Neil. He brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Glendale, CA, where he was a top 10 producer.
As a first vice president at Kidder Mathews, Neil will focus on the sale and leasing of office properties.
During his CRE career, he has been involved in hundreds of leasing transactions on both the tenant side and landlord side, ranging from local private businesses and government agencies, to national publicly-traded institutions. Neil has also sold dozens of properties, ranging from neighborhood properties to complex multi-tenant office building transactions and land development projects.
