W12 is a transit oriented development located at 285 & 301 12th Street at Webster Street. It is fully entitled for upwards of 416 residential units with over 20,000 square feet of retail in the heart of the Lake Merritt District. The site is comprised of a full city block plus a quarter block of land totaling
75,000 square feet.
