Prologis Inc acquired the 29.2-acre site from Downey Industrial Center LLC. Kidder Mathews will continue to be the manager of the property.
Kidder Mathews arranged the sale of Downey Industrial Center, a 29.2-acre industrial site in Downey, Calif. The company represented the seller, Downey Industrial Center LLC and the buyer, Prologis Inc, in the transaction. Kidder Mathews will continue to handle the leasing and property management of the asset.
Located at 9300-9400 Hall Road, the three-building facility comprises a total of 428,844 square feet of rentable space. The buildings feature 95-foot truck courts with angled loading dock parking, dock leveler and dock bumpers. The building at 9350 Hall Road includes grade level access to four dock high doors. Two of the facilities, 9300 and 9350 Hall Road are climate-controlled. Downey Industrial Center is situated one mile of the freeway access and is exposed to major streets, Stewart and Gray Road.
