423,001 Square Foot Industrial Center in Reno Sells for $29.5M

Reno, Nev. (November 17, 2017) – Mary’s Gone Crackers headquarters, a Class A manufacturing and distribution center, has sold for $29.5 million. The facility is part of the 1.48 million square foot Phase I of North Valleys Commerce Center, located at 9460 N. Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers Mike Nevis, Dave Simonsen, and Michael Hoeck, in conjunction with JLL Capital Markets, represented the seller, CP Logistics NVCC Building A2, LLC, in the transaction.

CP Logistics NVCC Building A2, LLC is a joint venture between CalSTRS, California State Teachers’ Retirement System, and Panattoni Development Company. Nevis, Simonsen, and Hoeck originally sold the land to CP Logistics and assisted them with the design and leasing of the facility, which is home to tenants including Microflex, Trademark Global, and Exxel Outdoors.

The facility, manufacturing and distribution headquarters for Mary’s Gone Crackers, an organic, gluten-free baking company, was purchased by LBA Realty, a full service real estate investment and management company.
