(October 4, 2017) – Walia Properties dba Granite and Marble Depot, a custom countertop and kitchen design company based in Boston, Massachusetts, has purchased a 19,615 square foot freestanding industrial building located at 695 West Elliot Road in Tempe, Arizona from RRS Capital Advisors, a local investment group, for $2,200,000. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Aric Adams, Mike Kasulaitis, and Darren Tappen represented both parties in the transaction.
“This property, with its existing upscale showroom, is a perfect fit for the buyer, who is a sales and distribution company,” said Adams. “The visibility and frontage on Elliot Road, along with the close freeway access will be a huge plus for their walk-in customers,” he said.
Granite and Marble Depot plans to open at their new location in early November 2017.
