Reno, Nev. (May 11, 2017) – Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Michael Hoeck, Dave Simonsen, Mike Nevis, and Steve Kucera, received three awards at the 12th Annual Summit Awards. They were the only recipients of multiple awards at this year’s event.
The Summit Awards is an annual commercial real estate event that recognizes the success of distinguished commercial agents, brokers, developers, property managers as well as commercial projects in the Northern Nevada region. The event is sponsored by Northern Nevada chapters of CCIM, CREW, NAIOP, and the Nevada Builder’s Alliance.
The team of industrial brokers received top honors as the 2016 Overall Brokers of the Year. They also took home awards for 2016 Industrial Brokers of the Year and 2016 Largest Single Lease Transaction of the Year, where they were recognized for representing the landlord, Lake Washington Partners, in their long-term lease of a 629,552 square foot infill property located at 555 Vista Boulevard in Sparks, Nevada.
The Summit Awards were held May 6, 2017, at Rancharrah in Reno, Nevada. Over 300 people in the commercial real estate industry were in attendance.
