San Diego, Calif. (May 31, 2017) – Vista Hills Apartments have sold for $8,925,000. The 42-unit multifamily complex is located at 128 Hill Drive in Vista, California. Kidder Mathews’ multifamily brokers, Eric Comer, Merrick Matricardi, Jim Neil, who recently joined Kidder Mathews from CBRE where the transaction originated, represented the buyer, Eric Kramer. Mr. Kramer is a private investor as well as owner of Structure Property Management Group and owns other apartment communities throughout Southern California. The seller was Vista Hills Apartments, LLC a San Diego based investor with Sam Williams as the managing member.
“Vista Hills has a highly desirable unit mix for the area being comprised of almost all two bedroom, two bath and three bedroom, two bath units,” said Matricardi, senior vice president and partner with Kidder Mathews. “The property has more amenities than other similar sized buildings in the area with a pool, spa, playground, picnic area, laundry room, leasing office, and secured entry and parking,” he said.
The Sale of Vista Hills marks only the second apartment building over 25 units in Vista to sell in 2017.
