North Valleys Commerce Center is located at 9460 N Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada. It is owned and operated by Panattoni Development Company and CP Logistics NVCC, LLC. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Dave Simonsen, SIOR, CCIM, Michael Hoeck, SIOR, Michael Nevis, SIOR, CCIM, and Steve Kucera, CCIM represented Panattoni and CP Logistics in the transaction.
Kelty joins other outdoor specialists such as Patagonia, Jardin, Cascade, and Moment in selecting Northern Nevada for their manufacturing and distribution needs.
