San Diego, Calif. (April 20, 2016) – Industrial team, Dave Pinnegar and Russ Jabara, have joined Kidder Mathews‘ San Diego office as senior vice presidents, where they will specialize in leasing and sales of industrial properties.
Pinnegar and Jabara are regarded as top industrial brokers in the Northern San Diego region. Pinnegar has brokered over $342,792,512 in over 940 transactions comprising of nearly 4.7 million square feet. Jabara has extensive experience leasing and selling properties of up to 366,000 square feet. Combined, they have over 40 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, both were with Colliers International.
