Sacramento, Calif. (March 1, 2016) – Jay Richter has joined Kidder Mathews’ Sacramento office as a vice president. He will specialize in industrial and land sales in the Sacramento Valley.
Richter has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2001 and holds the CCIM designation. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Cushman & Wakefield. He has completed transactions with clients including PepsiCo, Citibank, GE Hydro Power, FCI Constructors, City of Sacramento, Berg Electric, Eyefinity (VSP), Rexel, and PODS. Richter also works closely with local and regional tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers helping them to achieve and meet their real estate goals.
