Bellevue, Wash. (March 9, 2016) – Multifamily investment broker, Brian Richardson joins Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue brokerage division as a vice president.
Richardson has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. During this time, he has closed over $650 million in multifamily transactions. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Insite Property Solutions in Bothell where he was an investment broker and asset manager. While there, Richardson completed over $63 million in transactions and sourced over $40 million in commercial real estate financing.
