Eden Apartments, a 25-unit complex, is located at 1201 B Street. 29th Street Capital plans to do a full remodel of the building. “The Bay Area continues to have strong apartment rental fundamentals. With a shortage of housing, both primary and tertiary markets continue to see rising rents. In the current market, it’s a good time to take advantage of opportunities to purchase and improve buildings,” said Clark.
