San Diego, Calif. (June 24, 2015) – Commercial real estate broker, Michael Jordan, has joined the San Diego office of Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president, where he will specialize in investment properties.
Jordan has been in the commercial real estate business for over 19 years. He has been involved in over 445 transactions that include over 24,655,000 square feet of space and a transaction volume in excess of $525,000,000. He has also been directly involved in acquiring and helping to entitle and improve over 7,360 acres of land and 3,500 residential lots valued at over $200,000,000.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jordan was with Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.
