Liddell has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 12 years and holds the prestigious MAI designation. She is considered a specialist in market research and authors the firm’s quarterly Portland market reports.
She serves on the board of directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Oregon Association of Brokers. She has earned the firm’s appraiser of the year award twice.
