Portland, Ore. (February 12, 2015) – In one of the largest office deals in Portland of 2014, CLEAResult –
a leading provider of energy efficiency programs and services – has expanded its local operations by leasing 101,848 square feet of Class A office space located in the First & Main building at 100 SW Main Street in Portland, Oregon. Kevin Joshi, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews, represented CLEAResult in their negotiations with the landlord, American Assets Trust.
“We are excited to announce a new lease agreement for just over 100,000 square feet of office space in the First & Main building in Portland,” said Phil Welker, vice president of new product development at CLEAResult. “As CLEAResult seeks to better serve the Portland area, this new space will allow us to bring our team of energy efficiency experts together under one roof as we continue to grow and work together to change the way people use energy.”
Based out of Austin, Texas, with offices in more than 40 cities in the U.S. and Canada, CLEAResult’s expansion to Portland mirrors other large, out-of-area companies. This transaction reaffirms interest by companies headquartered outside of Portland to locate and grow a substantial office presence in Portland’s downtown submarket.
