Redwood City, Calif. (December 29, 2014) – Commercial real estate veteran, James Lees and his brokerage partner, Sandy Rodriguez, have joined the Redwood Shores office of Kidder Mathews where they will specialize in office leasing and sales. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, both were with CBRE.
Lees, a top producer, is a senior vice president with over 35 years of commercial real estate experience. He has leased and sold more than 14.5 million square feet of office space with a transaction volume of $4.9 billion, and he has been honored with several awards by various industry organizations including the San Francisco Business Times list of Most Influential People in San Francisco Peninsula Real Estate.
Joining Lees is his 17-year business partner, Sandy Rodriguez who has been named associate vice president. The team has over a million square feet of properties listed.
