Bruce McLellan and Jaclyn Marshall have joined the San Francisco office of Kidder Mathews, where they will specialize in office leasing. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, both were with McLellan Commercial Real Estate.
Bruce McLellan joins Kidder Mathews as an executive vice president, and he has over 30 years experience in office properties. During his career, McLellan has completed over one million square feet of tenant leasing assignments and has represented ownership interests in securing tenants for an additional one million square feet of leased space. Clients he has represented include Norland Properties, IVG Institutional Funds, Mercury Interactive, Sharper Image, and Johnson Wax Development.
Joining McLellan is his partner, Jaclyn Marshall, LEED® AP, who has over 7 years experience in commercial real estate and she will be a vice president with the firm. Over the past 6 years, Marshall has completed over 150 transactions with a combined value in excess of $60 million. Tenants she has represented include Munchery, the City of San Francisco, and UpSolar.
