Timothy Holzhauer and Colene Holzhauer have joined Kidder Mathews’ Seattle valuation advisory group.
Timothy Holzhauer joins the Kidder Mathews team as a vice president. He has worked in real estate valuation and consulting for 25 years, and holds the designations of MAI, SR/WA, MRICS, and has earned his Juris Doctor degree. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Holzhauer was a review appraiser for the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI) office of valuation services. He has also worked as a realty specialist and review appraiser for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and as an appraiser for the Reliance Group. Mr. Holzhauer specializes in right-of-way and public real estate, unique and complex properties, and litigation support.
Colene Holzhauer is an associate appraiser with a range of experience across the industrial, land, governmental, retail, and residential sectors. She comes to Kidder Mathews from RP Herman & Associates.
