Bill Genschow joins Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma valuation advisory division as an appraiser and consultant.
Genschow, previously with Strickland, Heischman & Hoss, brings over 30 years valuation and consultation experience. His assignments have included the valuation of a variety of property types, ranging from urban air rights, to regional malls, to iconic properties such as the Bellevue Club, Thornwood Castle, and the Whittier Estate on Orcas Island.
Kidder Mathews has the largest valuation advisory group in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, the group has the highest number of appraisers who have earned the prestigious MAI designation, making the firm’s valuation advisory group widely recognized as the most respected in the Pacific Northwest.
