Chris Berger Awarded 2012 Appraiser of the Year

Chris Berger, MAI, senior vice president at Kidder Mathews, has been named 2012 Appraiser of the Year by the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. The award is presented to a Seattle Chapter member of the Appraisal Institute each year who has significantly contributed to the community and chapter. Berger has been an active member for 20 years and has served in several leadership positions including 2008 chapter president.

The award was presented at the annual Installation and Awards Banquet at the Broadmoor Golf Club in Seattle on November 28, 2012.
