Three Veteran Brokers Join Kidder Mathews

San Francisco, CA – Kidder Mathews continues its Bay Area growth by recruiting three more brokers to join the ranks at its downtown San Francisco office, including commercial real estate veterans Ben Pollock, Jarrett Evans, and Jeffrey Hutchins.

Harvard MBA graduate and 31-year commercial real estate veteran, Ben Pollock, has been named senior vice president and will continue to specialize in investment properties, especially under-utilized assets. During Pollock’s career, he has acquired, disposed, and leased projects totaling over 4 million square feet. He spent the last five years with Jones Lang LaSalle in the Development and Asset Strategy group as an executive vice president, with clients including Bank of America, GE Capital, General Motors, and Hitachi. Prior to that, he was a vice president in acquisitions at Kennedy Associates.

Jarrett Evans, a 38-year industry veteran, has been named senior vice president and will continue to specialize in office leasing and tenant representation for financial institutions, developers and tenants. Evans’ clients include American Express, Bank of America, CitiCorp, and Levi Strauss & Co. He spent the last 25 years with Colliers International, and prior to that he was with Cushman & Wakefield, while earning numerous top ten awards.

Jeffrey Hutchins has been providing real estate advisory services to San Francisco and Bay Area clients for over 25 years. He has been named associate vice president and will continue to specialize in office leasing and tenant representation, as well as investment sales. Prior to Kidder Mathews, Hutchins was with Realty Investments and Canadian based Knowlton Realty.
