Bellevue, WA – Eastside office specialist, Rick Hart, joins Kidder Mathews’ brokerage division. He has been named a vice president in the firm’s Bellevue office.
Prior to Kidder Mathews, Hart was with Cushman and Wakefield Commerce, where he was named as one of the Eastside brokerage team’s “Emerging Brokers,” as well as, “Rookie of the Year.” In 2010, he was involved in the negotiation of 42 lease transactions totaling over 157,000 square feet.
