Bellevue, WA – Retail specialist, Rune Harkestad, joins Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue brokerage division as a vice president.
Harkestad, a 15-year commercial real estate veteran, comes from First Western Properties, where his focus was locating, analyzing and acquiring development sites in Washington State for Walgreens drugstores, KeyBank, and SONIC restaurants, among others. He will continue to specialize in the leasing of retail properties, as well as the acquisition of sites for retail development. Harkestad has an MBA and graduated Cum Laude from Pacific Lutheran University.
