Portland, OR – Jeff Brown joins Kidder Mathews’ Portland division as a senior property manager responsible for the management and capital improvements for Clarion Partners’ and Washington Capital Management’s portfolios totaling 1,075,231 square feet of office, flex and industrial properties.
Brown comes to Kidder Mathews with 25 years of commercial property management experience and holds the IREM designation, Certified Property Manager, and BOMI designations, Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator. Prior to Kidder Mathews, Brown spent four years as a property manager for Shorenstein Realty Services. He has managed for all grades of clients from family trusts to pension fund advisors and exclusively for Portland State University.
