SEATTLE, WA – Kidder Mathews has entered into a partnership with Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), a non-profit organization committed to supporting energy-efficiency. The team will focus on developing innovative standards and tools to progress Kidder Mathews’ energy efficiency practices, which NEEA will later apply to other northwest firms.
Kidder Mathews and NEEA are primarily collaborating to construct a standard of best practices for the firm’s property management division to operate properties more effectively. Additionally, the partnership aims to improve Kidder Mathews’ internal operations and to understand how sustainability affects Kidder Mathews’ brokerage and valuation services. The ability to work with NEEA on an ongoing basis provides an excellent platform for Kidder Mathews to continue to improve its Sustainability Practice, which works throughout the firm to accelerate sustainable solutions for clients.
