TACOMA, WA – Derrick Urquhart joins Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma office and will specialize in industrial leasing and sales in the firm’s brokerage division.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Urquhart was the manager of industrial real estate at the Port of Tacoma. During his tenure, he was the lead for acquiring property for marine terminal development, totaling over $180 million. Urquhart began his career in commercial real estate at Schuler Properties.
