LYNNWOOD, WA – Alderbrooke Associates, LLC completed the sale of Alderbrooke Apartments, a 115-unit garden style apartment complex located at 18505 36th Avenue West in Lynnwood, for $9.4 million to Seattle area investor, Alderbrooke Investments, LLC. Jim Nichols of GVA Kidder Mathews represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
Alderbrooke Investments is a private investment trust that own over 1200 apartment units in the Greater Seattle Area.
