SEATTLE, WA – The Washington State Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) nominated three GVA Kidder Mathews brokers as finalists for the SIOR’s annual Broker of the Year awards. The award recognizes leading brokers in the commercial real estate industry for their outstanding achievements in client representation, transactional volume, and community involvement.
GVA Kidder Mathews’ finalists include: Bill Frame, senior vice president for Office Broker of the Year; Todd Clarke, senior vice president, and Patricia Loveall, SIOR, senior vice president for Industrial Broker of the Year. GVA Kidder Mathews’ brokers, well known in the commercial real estate industry for their high level of expertise, have received the SIOR Broker of the Year award five out of the last six years.
The awards will be presented at the annual National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Night of the Stars Awards Dinner Gala held on November 5th at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency Hotel, from 6 p.m.-10 p.m.
