Jay has been active since 2001 representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in Northern California. He holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Designation (“SIOR”) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”). The SIOR and CCIM Designations, in conjunction with holding a broker’s license, add value to Jay’s clients and set him apart from competitors.

Prior to starting his career in brokerage, Sean worked for a major firm where he did valuation and underwriting for thousands of real estate assets, debt structures and borrowers. Fueled by his experience in related fields, Sean has had extraordinary success, closing large scale deals with major clients, and adding unprecedented value to all of his transactions.

Nik brings an extensive knowledge of technology to the team, providing an additional, cutting-edge asset to the listing process. His can-do mentality and strong leadership qualities bring a great deal of value to the team and their clients.

Katie obtained her real estate license in 2020 to be even more effective in her position. Her knowledge of commercial real estate includes everything from securing new business, client experience and relations, to contract preparation and negotiations. She has a unique and diverse skill set that brings a cohesiveness to the team.
