Samantha Baxley, an associate in the Tacoma office, specializes in office & healthcare investments, sales, and leasing in the Puget Sound region. She joined Kidder Mathews in 2021. Since joining, she has assisted in successful lease and sale transactions totaling over 3.6 million square feet and more than $32.8 million.
