Fabrizio has completed over 300 transactions and has exclusively sold and leased over 4,000,000 square feet of industrial, flex, R&D and office properties in excess of $600 million.

Fabrizio’s team offers a full range of brokerage, including sales, leasing, property management services including facility maintenance, valuation & advisory services, consulting, 1031 exchanges and aggressive marketing campaigns.
