AJ Paniagua joined the Pleasanton office of Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services in 2021 as an associate appraiser. Throughout his career, Mr. Paniagua has held various roles in the real estate industry with a primary focus within commercial real estate as a research analyst. Most recently, Mr. Paniagua was a US research analyst with Colliers International completing various national level research assignments across all commercial property types.
