Jason LaPoint, RPA®

Jason LaPoint, RPA®, is a senior property manager in Kidder Mathews’ El Segundo, California office, where he manages 640,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties. He has been managing commercial properties in the Los Angeles area since 2002. Jason is directly responsible for day-to-day operations, landlord and tenant relations, property operations, construction project management, financial reporting, budgeting, and CAM reconciliations.

Jason is passionate about all aspects of real estate management and dedicates himself to providing first class service to his clients. Jason communicates effectively with owners, tenants, brokers, lenders, and vendors. Jason is proficient with Yardi and MRI property management accounting systems and has also played a significant role in overseeing large scale property renovation projects, including elevator modernizations, HVAC controls system replacements, roof replacements, common area upgrades, landscape replacements, and large-scale tenant improvement projects.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jason was a senior property manager with Property Management Associates. During his tenure with Property Management Associates, Jason managed an 850,000 square foot portfolio consisting of retail, office, and mixed-use properties for different types of ownerships, from family trusts to large investment groups.
