Nancy has her AAA degree from Yakima Valley Community College, and she holds a real estate brokers license for the state of Washington.
Nancy Jameson is a property manager in Kidder Mathews’ South Seattle, Washington office, where she manages 1.2 million sq ft of industrial and office buildings. Nancy is responsible for site operations, vendor and service partner relationships and supervision, tenant relations, preparation of budgets and financial reporting, collection of accounts receivable, approval of accounts payable, project coordination, and lease administration.
Nancy’s 10 years of commercial property management experience includes diversified portfolios including over 1 million sq ft in eight industrial properties, 11 class-A office buildings totaling 1.8 million sq ft and three portfolios consisting of five buildings totaling over 2 million sq ft.
In addition to her experience with the expectations and standards of institutional and private investors, their reporting platforms and with a variety of space users and lease documents, Nancy’s experience owning and operating a small business brings substantial value to her clients and team in the form of best practices, problem-solving and a thorough understanding of business practices.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Nancy was a property manager for a national firm, where she managed teams of administrators, assistants and engineers, prepared monthly financial packages, provided lease administration and was responsible for tenant relations for 70 industrial tenants.
