Kevin Falk

Kevin Falk is a property manager in the Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office. Kevin manages a diverse medical, office, retail, and industrial portfolio for private and institutional clients. Kevin is responsible for oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations, budgeting, lease administration, vendor selection, tenant relations, lease renewals, reporting, and construction management. He has extensive experience in managing capital and tenant improvement projects, market ready, and vacancy turns.

Kevin has over 12 years’ experience in establishing business partnerships, managing commercial real estate, customer support, capital projects, fiscal budgets, vendor contracts, sales reporting, and client relationships. During his tenure, he has managed over 15 million square feet of office, multifamily, industrial, retail, medical and datacenters. Kevin has worked for high powered companies such as CBRE, Microsoft and other local real estate firms.
