Peter Carter is an associate vice president at Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office. He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial product types, focusing on Riverside and the surrounding Inland Empire markets. Peter’s vast experience working on all commercial real estate product types in property management, as well as through brokerage, affords him a broad knowledge base. This provides him with the ability and finesse needed to deliver top quality representation to his clients. He is instrumental in providing positive, productive, and constant communication and correspondence with landlords and tenants. In so doing, has helped to preventatively maintain, as well as create, optimally functioning and profitable businesses, maximizing assets and their resources.
Peter also has experience in land acquisitions in Southern California. Working for developers, he researched, located, and identified potential multifamily, multi-use development opportunities, which included analyzing underutilized retail and industrial properties and developing and building relationships between the company and the property owners.
