Alex Olsen has joined Kidder Mathews’ San Fernando Valley office as a senior vice president specializing in industrial properties in Ventura and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Prior to joining the firm, Olsen was with Becker Group in Ventura, California for 24 years. He was instrumental in the redevelopment of downtown and midtown Ventura — successfully guiding clients through the city entitlement process for property sales including industrial, retail, and land. In the last several years he has specialized in industrial development, leasing, and sales for owner-users throughout Ventura County.
Over the course of his career, Olsen has completed $500 million in transactions. His clients have included Fence Factory, Inc., Aquastar Pool Products, OFI Properties, Inc., Outer Isle, Inc., and Red Tail Acquisitions.
