This week, Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, sold the Cornerstone Apartments in Spokane. This is the team’s ninth apartment sale in Spokane this year. Kidder Mathews represented the buyer in the sale and were the only brokers involved.
The Cornerstone Apartments comprise 14 units built in 1993, sold off-market for $1,810,000. The apartments are well-located in South Spokane’s Lincoln Heights neighborhood at 3025 South Cook Street, surrounded by ample amenities including grocery stores, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and schools.
With this closing, Max Frame, who heads Kidder Mathews’ Eastern Washington apartment sale efforts, recorded his 13th Eastern Washington sale this year — with other closings scattered throughout Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Yakima. As a whole, this closing accounts for the Simon and Anderson team’s 54th multifamily closing in 2022.
