Alan Pekarcik, SIOR has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as Executive Vice President, specializing in investment properties.
Pekarcik brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. He boasts an impressive portfolio of more than 1,200 sale and lease transactions totaling more than 62 million square feet worth over $4.7 billion, primarily in Southern California.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Pekarcik was a consistent top producer at both Avison Young and Voit Real Estate Services. Before joining Voit, Pekarcik was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Kilroy Realty and was responsible for acquiring over $600 million of office, industrial and R&D properties throughout California.
