28,000 SF Industrial Facility in Central LA Sold for $6,325,000

MJH 4201, LLC DBA Hemish Fashion, a women’s apparel company, has purchased a 28,000 square foot industrial facility located at 4201 Charter Street in Vernon, California, for $6,325,000. The seller 4201 Charter Street Enterprises, LLC was represented in the transaction by Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers Jon Reno, SIOR, CCIM, Trevor Gale, SIOR, and Mark Vanis.

4201 Charter Street is a 28,000 square foot free-standing industrial manufacturing building. It includes 2,800 square feet of nicely appointed office space, a showroom, and both dock-high and ground-level loading. It’s situated on a 44,000 square foot lot, strategically located in Central Los Angeles, south of downtown. The property is close to another building owned and operated by the buyer in downtown Los Angeles.
