A-Thread Apparel, LLC dba Coop Home Goods an online e-commerce retailer of assorted apparel and home goods, has inked a lease for a 141,872 square foot industrial facility located at 7860 Paramount Boulevard in Pico Rivera, California. A-Thread Apparel was represented by Jon Reno, SIOR, CCIM, Mark Vanis, Trevor Gale, SIOR, and Connor Ulf, commercial real estate brokers with Kidder Mathews, in the transaction. The landlord is Sares Regis, a western United States commercial real estate investment company.
7860 Paramount Boulevard is a newly constructed, first-generation space set up ideally for high throughput distribution with 32-foot clear heights, an ESFR K-25 sprinkler system, 19 dock-high positions, and a private secured yard. The facility was one of the last remaining core infill Class A industrial buildings in the Central Los Angeles market.
“This facility is an exceptional find, and we worked quickly with Sares Regis to secure the space for our client during their peak season,” said Reno. “With the vacancy rate at 2.2% in the central submarket for this size segment, our team was able to react quickly and provide a long-term stable solution for the growth of our client’s business,” said Reno.
A-Thread Apparel also provides third-party logistics services for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers who specialize in private label and wholesale.
