Los Angeles, Calif. (October 4, 2017) – Genera Corporation, a privately held manufacturer and distributor of automotive OEM aftermarket parts and components, has completed a 10-year term lease on an industrial building in Bolger Business Center located at 13232 Valley Boulevard in Fontana, California. The property is owned by Bolger Family Trust, a private investor. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Jon Reno, SIOR, CCIM and Trevor Gale, together with Conrad Madsen III, SIOR of Paladin represented Genera Corporation in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Frank Schulz, SIOR and David Prior, SIOR of The Klabin Company and Chuck Belden, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield. Consideration was $14,100,000.
“Competition for comparable space in the Inland Empire West market, where the property is located remains fierce. Genera was able to capitalize and move on the space quickly with the data we presented,” said Reno. “Genera Corporation has six distribution centers across the United States. They had outgrown their current location and required a larger facility for the Southwest region,” he said.
